HireSignal is a company-level hiring signal. An account is an email address and a session. Saved searches store the keywords and filters you type. Billing status is stored after Stripe confirms a subscription.

For each job we keep the company name, which public board it came from, the board token, the job id, title, location, department, posted date, the dates we first and last saw it, whether it has closed, a short list of keyword tags, and the link to the original posting.

We do not store job descriptions. A description may be read in memory to match a fixed list of keyword tags, then it is discarded. We do not store recruiter names, hiring-manager names, or email addresses found on postings. If an email shows up in a title or location, it is stripped before save.

The removal form stores the company you name, an optional board token, your contact email, and an optional note, so we can keep that company out. Sign-in emails are sent with Resend when that service is configured.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, subscription id, and status. We do not store card numbers.
